No. Every vidya film will try to pander to gamers, i.e. the most braindead hobbyists out there, so they'll pretty much all be lazy and poorly made since 90% of the audience won't be able to tell the difference. And most video games just rip off older work for their setting anyway so it's not like there's a wealth of new concepts for film-makers to explore.
