At least it's not LawBreakers desu
so im not the only one who got this coupon.
BAD DAD SAD
>>387441852
At least it's not Ghostbusters.
Why is the W40k franchise cursed with bad games? GW gives the licence to anyone who pays, yet games are either not fun or simply ignored.
I think the last game who broke the curse was Space Marine, and it was years ago.
>>387442223
Space Marine was a 6/10, 7/10 at an absolute push. The only time I had consistent fun playing it was Exterminatus

It's a good game.
>>387444217
25k people didn't think so
>tfw you are the only living being in the known universe that likes DoW3
>>387444217
I love people like you anon, I really do, you keep fighting the good fight my man!
How do you see how many people are playing? This would influence a lot of my purchases
>no nids
Big disappointment for me
>it's another episode of /v/ pretending Dow I and Dow's II numbers are not because of them having been in a shitload of bundles and sales
>pretending it's some tortanic narrative instead of people just wanting sales
Yawn. DoW III is already 3rd top seller on Steam right now.
>>387441070
so this is why i got the coupon for this RTS garbage
all RTS is garbage btw
>>387446086
Okay, compare DoW numbers with other frequent bundle games.
>>387446392
To prove what exactly?
>>387446086
DoW was a popular franchise before bundle sites were even a thing, redditor. Take your revisionist shit back there.
>>387445397
Seconding this
>>387446558
Piss off tortanic fag. DoW II has always been Steam redeem only so there's no magical mystery physical copies that are not tracked and could support your shit argument.
>HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA
I dont give two flips about this game but is everyone obliged to type like a faggot just to start a thread?

>>387446607
Google steamcharts [gamename] and you'll get the steam numbers
>>387441996
>so im not the only one who got this coupon.
Lol same
Theyre getting desperate lol
>people were hoping for a new SC for ages
>DOW provides a good alternative for scifi RTS fans
>SC2 is finally announced and released
>people don't care about the poor alternative anymore
Jeez, this totally is unexpected.
>>387442223
DoW went downhill after they started fucking with the first design. For 2 they should have expanded it, bigger scale, more detail to the battles and individual models, more customization, bigger campaign and more fleshed out multiplayer. Like a grittier Supreme Commander, where the fighting is close range and there's a lot of chaos and gore.
I'd like to see a WH40K FPS, there was one on console but I didn't get to play much of it.
>>387441070
Which faction do you play in this?
>>387441070
PC is a dead platform unless your game is called Player Unknown Battlegrounds
>>387442223
the question is: why was this game shit? DOW1 and (say what you will about it) DOW2 were great. they utterly fucked the pooch on this game holy shit man
from what I heard the game sold a lot already but nobody is fucking playing it because it just isn't a good game by any stretch of the imagination
how do you release a 3rd game that is vastly inferior to games nearly decades old before it?
>>387441070
that's actually more people playing than I normally see it, normally it's like 400 something
>>387446714
fag enabler
>>387448329
Remove all the stuff people expected, like moral / supression and cover in any form
>>387446679
Dawn of War II and Chaos Rising used GFWL chucklefuck. It was even available on OnLive for fuck's sake. Retribution was the first game to introduce Steamworks DRM, then Relic retroactively removed GFWL from DoWII and Chaos Rising years after Retribution was released
>>387448329
remove anything people liked about it
attempted to force it into e-sports territory
only three factions
>>387446714
replying to your comment solely to keep this thread alive solely to make you angry :)
>>387449314
Look at his worthless retard arguing irrelevant shit. Hey idiot, ALL serial keys ever packed with any version of DoW II were Steam keys. Your stupid shit has nothing to do with anything because even physical copies required the Steam client to finish downloading files and work.
>>387449740
>Dawn of War II was on OnLive
>ALL serial keys ever packed with any version of DoW II were Steam keys
>>387449862
Are you retarded? You somehow think the rented copy you were streaming was not running on a computer with Steam?
>>387449996
Considering people who played using OnLive physically couldn't connect to regular PC or Mac users for online multiplayer, that's pretty much 100% correct. Stop chimping out bro, it's okay to be wrong
>*BREATHES IN*
I thought action words were supposed to be against the rules.
>>387450147
Uh huh. I'm sure you are right and your argument about a dead service that was never popular somehow proves something about DoW II player numbers.
>>387450561
You called someone a worthless retard and an idiot for saying things that were factually correct, then chimped out some more, were wrong again and got told. It's nothing to do with an argument about player numbers.
>>387450901
*tips fedora*
>>387442031
At least it's not E.T.
>>387451132
>you will never be this blown out
Worthless retard indeed
>>387451270
You are wrong though. Only Chaos Rising and onward were on onlive.
