Nobody I know's interested in first-person games, so I played 6 hours of vermintide alone. Shit was awful, man. Game seems like it can be really fun, but every random asshole you party with is insanely stupid. presumably doubly so in the what was probably low-ranks that I was at from having started early. didn't help that I wasn't the greatest player either. nobody had any real idea what to do and we just ran around like headless chickens half the time while picking up random items and having no idea how to play our classes

the game would be a lot more successful if it had some better way to introduce new players to it. but as the game is it's just a nightmare that puts most people off right away

Warhammer is fun, but a fantasy setting means I just kind of expect whatever happens as what really happened since I never grew up with the lore of the actual game (even though I hear everybody saying that games workshop's canon ending is the worst thing ever)
