Okay, so imagine Facebook but in real life, where you're constantly lying to yourself and others and anytime you talk to someone, they are parroting everything the previous person they've talked to said and every time it's "Hey remember that guy/girl/last time we hung out/we promised to hang out again/girl got pregnant/on drugs/arrested", and eventually you meet the point where it all comes around and you say some shit like "Oh yeah, Anon mentioned that X and Y and Z", and the person you're talking to is all like "What, I did not know that!" and you realize you just became that person who parrots everything the previous person you've talked to said and now YOU are part of the never ending circle of guilt and shame and pain and pointless existence and you think of yourself "I'm just a bird in a cage, if I got out of here, then that would be the REAL me!" but the reality is that all those droves of people that left out of town after high school to study and work with idealistic dreams of grandeur and success came back soulless and in debt and pregnant and broken and on drugs and with a cynical view of the world, but it's okay because that one smart girl who never missed a day in school and even got like a laptop because of her perfect attendance went on to travel all over the world and met not just famous people but people who actually contribute to society like leaders in technology and medicine and posts it all on Facebook and you think to yourself, "well, I could've done that too" but you're just lying to yourself. You're stuck here, it's what you deserve. You can make all the excuses you want, but you ain't going anywhere.
