Only the best
this beauty

Whats so great about this game to people who like it? To me it jusy felt very bland
Not really my fav but let's post hidden gems
>>387390154
To me, what made the game great was track variety. The only kart racer I played that ad challenging tracks
>>387388241
Your pic is what my parents bought me to stop me from renting Mario Kart 64 at Blockbuster all the time. It was ok, but needing the GBC version to unlock all the characters was Jewish as fuck, even for Disney.
>>387389882
This is my favorite I've played.

CTR is objectively the best.
Until yesterday I haven't played a kart game since double dash. Played Mario kart 8 deluxe and was amazed how far Mario kart has come. Truly amazing game.

The tracks are really good, good controls, great music and is quite challenging to complete, especially on pro difficulty.
Plus it doesn't have any gimmicks like slideboosts or shit like that.

My African American!
My man tiptup needs a remaster
>>387390527
I unironically downloaded this track and hear it when travelling
While I think DS is better, MK64 is easily my favorite one in the series.
GOAT incoming
it was fun
>>387390373
why didn't they just buy you mario kart?
>>387390981
Never had a sega console, but I do remember playing this one
>>387388241
Not my favorite, but the boxart is similar to yours.
>>387391680
Not him, but I remember Mickey's Speedway being one of the latest N64 games to come out along MM. MK64 was ancient by then.
>>387388241
My nigga.
>tfw my copy got lost somehow.
I still remember sometimes some spooky fanfare music that would play and abruptly end when the screen changed to the scoreboard screen. Anyone else remember this?
>>387388241
Honestly,
>>387389882
this, or Wacky Races (based on the TV show) for Dreamcast.
But shout outs to wacky wheels (greatest mario kart clone ever created on PC), skunnykart (first kart racer i ever played) and Blur (kart racing minus the cute graphics)
I found it hilarious how the characters would still be polite with each other even in a competition.
>>387391680
I never asked, but it was probably this >>387391793
I did finally get Mario Kart when Blockbuster stopped carrying N64 games and was selling them off, with my own money.
The practice level was comfy as fuck, but best map was Chicago.
>>387388241
>Mickey's speedway USA is a kart racing game
I though it was just a mugen character.
>>387392178
played it recently. it's pretty mediocre.
>>387392007
That's not Dakota or Grand Canyon

Love this one, played it all day with my parents back in the days.
The way each song blends so amazingly well with its respective scenery is so good.
>>387391930
Underrated as fuck game.
>>387392480
>>387392606
Didn't mean to quote.
Anyone play ModNation Racers back when it was still alive on PS3? Shit was pretty fun. Loved the track building too.
>>387392606
Did anyone actually play Top Ride mode? Because I didn't.
>>387391368
I had completely forgot about the existence of this game yet remember it having smooth and fun gameplay. Thank you.
>>387392381
Do you still have the cartridge? It's expensive as fuck now.
>>387392709
Yes, it was really fun but the track editor had its limits
Old but gold
>>387390569
this so much
Mario Kart 8 it's actually the best kart game ever. I also loved the sonic ones and CTR
