In terms of hat transformations I'm not concerned at all, but using the hat to defeat enemies seems pretty OP. You have a ranged attack at all times and it doesn't require much timing, plus the hat spin just hits all around you. I hope there are enemies that will require you to jump on them or will be much harder to hit with your hat.
