ITT: only 10/10 games
REmake
>>387339753
It has poor enemies bad bosses, and bad platforming, its not a 10/10
>>387339753
With its enemies, DMC3 is not a 10/10.
Hotline Miami
i dare you to find a flaw
>>387339753
>nuh-uhhers incoming
>>387339753
too short is the only negative thing i have to say about it
since both the prequels and the sequels didn't live up to it you can't even say it was an appetizer for the REAL game
>>387340364
Too many spheres
>4/10
>>387340028
>>bad bosses
>Gigapede
>uh...Geryon?...
>......
>>387340664
this desu
>>387339753Sure you don't wanna switch to Easy mode, kid?
>>387341721
Leviathan, cerberus is not a good fight either, game has more lows than highs
>>387341808
Why does this fucker take me so long, it's one of the first bosses. Also I regret to switch to Easy for some autistic reason.
>>387339753
It's so fucking good I just want another game with 18 year old Dante doing cuhrayze stuff.
>>387341893
Nimin Gaiviad was shit
>>387341893
>that shit
top laugh
>>387341974
because you have no weapons, expanded moves, or knowledge when you fight him. but putting him first really let me know what I was in for
>>387339753
personal opinion, no bulli
>>387339753
RE4, Dark Souls, Ocarina, SS2.
>>387340028
Agreed with this, the combat on its own is faster and more fluid with weapon changing but overall the enemies and bosses just aren't as good as they are in DMC1.
>>387341974
If you know what to do, it's really easy. He has a few cheap attacks like the paw swipe and headbutt which are too fast to really dodge, and you can't really see the ice dropping from the ceiling to dodge it most of the time either, but if you knock the ice off one of the heads and then make him fall by attacking a leg you should be able to outdamage him. If you attack the leg first and then try to get the ice off the head while he's down it makes it take a lot longer.
>>387342258
How do you even get gud at this I started a game and walked around it started getting dark I got up a tree barricaded myself from what was a zombie invasion and then kept walking until I hit a desert and then died to desert monsters.
>>387342030
physics are kinda wonky compared to the second game
>>387342471
no shame in lookin up guides or visiting the official wiki, i did the same thing when i started playing. don't play your first playthrough on expert mode
>>387341974
Because he's a casual filter
>>387342303
>implying
play it on hard where the enemies can devil trigger you pussy
>>387341974
you should literally only be leveling up sword master and getting gud at combos once you do everything in the game is a cuhrazye cake walk
>>387342471
Explore the caves that you find at the surface and look out for treasure chests.
Don't be afraid to create multiple small worlds from which to extract ressources.
You should dig a straight hole from the surface all the way to the bottom.
>>387342830
>play it on hard where the enemies can devil trigger you pussy
I've beaten DMD on DMC1 a few times, never felt the desire to play DMC3 after normal. Difficulty doesn't have anything to do with what I said though, it's just the inherent enemy design in DMC3 doesn't seem as good. Not entirely sure what your point was desu, doesn't seem to relate to what I said.
>>387342278
i'd give dark souls a 9/10 because after the demon city they get lazier with the areas
>>387339753
Playing it right now
WHY IS ROYALGUARD SO FUCKING HARD HOLY SHIT
>>387343000
It becomes a completely different game when they can DT
>>387342689
>>387342984
Aight I will look into this and try that when I feel like picking it up again
>>387341893
>that scat mechanic
thank fuck they removed it in nimin gaiiag black
>>387343023
They were rushed by Bamco not laziness.
>>387343023
I'd agree with it being 10/10 or any of the new IP games they make sequels have always been eh though they're cool but not as cool
>>387343121
Swordmaster>Royal Guard
It's still good but not as fun
Hitman Blood Money?
>>387341923
Ok now I know you're bating. Weak sauce 0/10
>>387343206
Yeah I know, DMC1 feels totally different playing on DMD but it feels like DMC3 relies more on cheap tricks to add difficulty, not sure how to explain it exactly. It just doesn't feel up to par compared to DMC1 even if the combat itself is improved a bit.
>>387343331
you're right, my bad. not necessarily lazy just not enough time.
>>387343640
Not that guy and I wouldn't say Cerberus is bad but compared to Phantom it feels like it has more cheap tricks and it's not just a test of your skill, it requires a bit of luck too.
>>387342303
>He has a few cheap attacks like the paw swipe and headbutt which are too fast to really dodge, and you can't really see the ice dropping from the ceiling to dodge it most of the time either
Phantom in DMC1 didn't really have anything like that.
I genuinely don't believe there are any 10/10 games, some are close though like pic related.
>>387343880
>I genuinely don't believe there are any 10/10 games
Same, unless you use 10/10 as an opinion and not fact like a lot of people do. All of my favorite games have flaws so it seems silly to say anything is a 10/10.
>>387343653
Eh DMC has less variety of combat it's good but not anywhere as good as DMC3 the atmosphere is a lot nicer in DMC1 though.
>>387344116
even though it's not my favorite, this >>387340364 i consider to be a 10/10 because i can't find anything wrong with it
>>387343880
I've been listening to the soundtrack everyday for the last 4 months since I beat it.
>>387344321
Yeah DMC3 has more fluid and stylish combat especially since you can quickly switch weapons to chain combos together but it feels like everything else is a bit of a downgrade from DMC1.
>>387344116
>>387343880
>there are no 10/10 games because every game has a flaw
Counterpoint: Tetris
>>387344550
I actually like the story in DMC3 more than I do in DMC1.
>>387344647
Meta Doom is better but yes this and its beautiful offspring are literally perfect FPS
>>387344363
>We will never have an actual orchestrated version of the SJ soundtrack
Just fucking kill me, familio. I don't want to live on this planet any more
>>387344754
Too SJW to be a 10/10
>>387345235
>>387344363
The soundtrack is outstanding. Typically I love the rock and roll of SMT and dislike generic orchestra soundtracks but SJ's has such a imposing and daunting soundtrack that orchestra is all that could fit the game.
>>387345120
Did that SMT concert happen? I guesd SJR might have better quality audio.
>>387344817
BIIIG RIIIIIGS
>>387346257
Prepare to get shat on
>>387346295
I'm not done.
>>387339753
quake 3 and silent hill 2 (original, not that remaster trash), basically have no flaws
>>387339753
>Mash through the game completely ignoring everything on the hardest default difficulty. Absolute dogshit enemies, levels, etc. A few neat bosses. Overall, nothing special, just a game with fleshed-out offense, but completely lacking in offense-defense call-and-response gameplay.
>"NO! You have to play it on the HARDEST difficulty!"
I eventually beat it on DMD, and figured I'd have the right to air my criticisms, but don't even try, DMCfags are Capcbro-cock-holsters.
>>387346257
>>387346408
these are actually 10/10
>>387341721
Arkham is awful. I don't think any of the other bosses are outright bad, even if some are mediocre, but Arkham is a pain. Just thinking of having to fight puts me off ever replaying the game.
not a single person that have played these two games has anything bad to say about them.
10/10
Unironically. Ok, maybe not a 10/10. Actually definitely not a 10/10. But a solid 8/10 imo, really underestimated.
did /v/ forget?
Unironically perfect
>>387339753
5/5
still has 276 glitches and bugs tho
