Why does Nintendo have such a stick up their ass about emulation

You can still get roms if you just search deeper. Tell me what youre looking for and i can send a link

The entire game is loaded into RAM at startup. When my first gamecube was dying I played a lot of animal crossing because once you made it to the title screen you were guaranteed no disk errors (and could even take the disc out).
