The amount of praise that Gone Home got will never not make me mad. I just finished doing a video review on it, having first played it a few weeks ago, and there is literally nothing to this game. I don't know if reviewers were paid off, if they were pressured by social stigma, if they're just complete fucking idiots, or all of the above. It's not the worst game I've ever played, I mean it functions and doesn't glitch up so there's that, but as a $20 game and for all the critical reception it got, it's fucking trash.

You should probably make a game with more content. Look at WayForward. Most of their games are pretty short but they're packed with quality gameplay from start to finish. If you haven't played Bloodrayne: Betrayal, I highly recommend it. It's not a masterpiece by any means but it's action packed, fun as hell, and it's only ten fucking dollars. It's easy to get through in about 3 and a half hours, so the ten bucks might be a little pricy, but it's a quality game from start to finish.

I got it as part of PS+ as well, but I didn't play it until recently. I knew it could beaten in a couple of minutes but I didn't know how.
