They're not really that different, it's the darker shadows, thicker, darker eyebrows, bad haircut, and lack of specular highlights in the eyes are what make him look different in the NC image.

Their facial structure is largely the same.

Old Blood isn't quite on the same level as TNO but it's worth playing. It's a little short but the writing's got the same charm, there are some fun levels and Bombenschuss is the tits.
