The difficulty of Gundyr feels so perfectly "right". Undoubtedly most polished boss fight in DaS3.

God I loved fighting Gundyr so much - both of them but champ is my favorite boss in all of the Souls games. Abysswalkers is right next to Gundyr.

I literally beat him first try. That was with a Katana though.
