SA2 is one of the worst paced games ever, I'd hardly call it okay as an experience if I'm being honest it's also heroes lite as you need to complete both hero and dark to beat the game and dark is far worse than hero

I got stuck until I found the breather for Knuckles.

it's not perfect by any means, but it's fun. clearing the levels with a perfect rating despite how finnicky the game is feels rewarding. the chao garden minigame is great too.

I emulated sa2 on dolphin and used a cheat which made the whole game finished and allowed to you to repeat any mission. So i just played the sonic/shadow levels. Goat experience.
