- low pay
- constant renovations make the office fancier but do not improve the working conditions
- company is loosing momentum after success of The Witcher
- management is unsure how the next projects should look like
- hope vs plan
- to much politics in the upper management
- lack of information between departments
- lies

And you know this? Or are you just assuming because you really don't want CDPR to be a noticeably shitty employer?

Maybe EA should become their publisher

This. Don't pirate a game unless it's extremely old and the dev can't make money off of the hard work put in to pay those that made it.

Who cares

I've worked for multiple game studios as a programmer. Pay is shit all round and the hours are miserable. Indie studios are the worst at it. Anyway I work at Intel and make better money with less retarded hours.

i have pirated the witcher 3 with all dlc

How do the renovations not improve the working conditions? Is the management just corrupt and all the improvements exclusively benefit themselves?
>>

>Pay is shit all round

For a programmer? At a AAA studio? I don't think so. On average they get paid quite well, certainly more than most of the other employees. Is you idea of working for multiple game studios doing entry level mobile development or something?
>>
>>387285392
First you've got the constant movement and noise that comes from having renovations to anything, the fact that any area is gonna be fucked during the the transition, the fact that people are used to how things were, how oftentimes it is 'make things look better so we look good for visitors/clients'. Oftentimes it isn't very thought out and areas do not work well (fucking up conference rooms for example) or people get moved around because of it and it just causes undo strife.

You want stability in your work environment. Changing it up constantly just fucks everything up.

Only leads are paid well even after 5 years I was only topping 70k a year. Which with the insane hours really isn't much. Considering I make 95k right now and only work 5 days a week.

they are prob getting paid too much

>constantly modifying the interior to reflect the new company "theme" with weird portraits, branded steel logos eight feet tall on the walls, fountain that pumps red food coloring
>employees can't even get a new desk chair
There's literally endless ways this sort of thing can go wrong.

whats the vetting process for these kinds of websites? how do we know they're real?

and really, the only people who come online to complain/post a bad review about a job or business or product, are usually the people who had a bad experience and have an axe to grind

Why would cdpr do that when they own gog?

>whats the vetting process for these kinds of websites? how do we know they're real?

You don't. Most are fake.
Just make a account there and you can do a review. There's no check whatsoever.
>>
>>387288840

That doesn't help with consoles where the majority of their sales come from. They didn't publish The Witcher 3 for consoles, Namco did.
>>
>all these people saying "loosing" instead of "losing".

Niggas need to get a grip desu.
>>
>>387284298
kek, does reddit know about this yet? They think CD Project Red is the greatest developer ever because of their insignificant free DLCs and post launch support. They even overlooked the fact that the game had so much post launch support only because it was released with more bugs and performance issues than Mass Effect Andromeda and Assassins Creed Unity combined.
>>
>to
>loosing

no fuck their pay is shit, it's because they are the janitors there
