I like ToS (friend dragged me in), but game has absolutely ass tutorial. Basically first game for any role you just sit and do dumb mistakes. I wonder if it was hard to implement at least some sort of introductory game with bots and more forgiving time limits.
Anyway, like someone before said, GMod gamemodes often revolve around chatting. Other than that... Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes? It's voice chat though, and more or less between just two people.
