They have exaggerated features which are culturally associated with sexuality in western world. Western developers use accurate facial scans of living actresses. They look pretty much exactly like those actresses. The problem is, just natural looking women are not considered to be particularly attractive in modern american "culture". That's by the way what feminists have been talking about for decades - beauty standards don't have anything with reality anymore.
