Who's suing them better have a good team of lawyers, because Nintendo's are the best in the business. They're considered one of the only companies that could go toe to toe in a legal battle against fucking Disney. One of their lawyers, John Kirby, was so good in a case against Universal that Nintendo named Kirby after him and gave him a boast called the S.S. Donkey Kong, and gave him exclusive rights to name his boats after Donkey Kong.
