Yea, I used to feel it too

I got a new chair for my computer / ps4 and it's helped a ton. It's one of those *racer* chairs, but it has a neck and back cushion which helps posture a ton. Got it on sale and it probly wasn't worth it, but I wanted something with a good warranty on it. You can probably get an ergonomic chair something from your office store for cheap

Constant headaches for me

I sleep on my back and do morning posture exercises/stretches, I also walk a lot and try to stare forward when I do.
