Literally anything on 2, but my favorite was red iron twinblades. It was broken as fuck. A hammer with elemental enchanting was enough to beat nearly every boss.

On 3 straight swords and bleed were the jam. Kirk sword was absolutely amazing

Just use whatever weapon feels good to you because anything can kill a boss if you swing it hard enough or enough times and use whatever armor looks the coolest because armor barely fucking matters in these games

Dork Souls 2: don't waste your time, this game is for casuls
Derp Souls 3: any armor, they don't really matter, just don't walk around naked and keep poise around 20, u should be fine since hyper armor is what really makes a difference. any meta weapon if ur a fag, but bleed isn't that good anymore since DLC2, so no more katana dudes and their weeb sticks lol. curved GREATswords (not faggit curved swords anymore fags), halberds, straight (more like homo) swords, greatswords, they're all good. spears if ur a fag. best one imo:
