For me I tend to notice flaws right away. I do not personally believe I need to let my impression of a game ferment before it's real and ready to base my outlook of it on. Updated this: We get warped to South Island from Angel, then warped to West Island from there, then from Chemical plant we rise from the sewers to Studiopolis, indicating it is the city in Chemical Plant's background. From it we are whisked away on the Flying Battery where we're dropped off at Press Garden, still on what must be West Island. Then we're teleported to Tiny Planet. So far so good.

Then shit gets weird and the transitions start getting fucky. From Tiny Planet we black screen to us falling into Angel Island's Hydro City. Where after completion we next see our heroes in the Tornado flying over Mirage Saloon. So Angel Island still? Nope. Mirage Saloon is on West Island as seen when you complete it and get shot over to Oil Ocean. Then shit stays weird as from Oil Ocean we get dropped off into Lava Reef of all fucking places.

All I've got for figuring that out is maybe Oil Ocean is a series of platforms that extend from West to Angel Island? Then we can sort of figure we can fall from Tiny Planet's Stardust Speedway to Hydro City since Tiny Planet is later shown to be above Angel Island in Lava Reef.

This game seriously needs its transitions fixed.
