It sucks because I wanted to play him in Lustria, but it's not like it doesn't make sense. Kroq-Gar is often told to take charge in different places and is teleported there to get shit done.

During the Albion campaign Masdamundi told Kroq-Gar to reoccupy a city there and stablish a base in the isle, then he got shit done and the Lizardmen kciked everyone's asses.

Tomb Kings are the first DLC in 2, no question. Daemons, Ogres, and Chaos Dwarfs will probably be in 3. Araby has a very good possibility of being another DLC faction for 2. Maybe it'll be free like Bretonnia, or a pre-order bonus like Norsca, but they'll make it in at some point.

Like, their territory is occupied by Bretonnian crusade factions. It's not a guarantee, but those clearly aren't meant to be permanent.
