I liked hollowknight for a while but it got too hard for me to keep enjoying, started feeling like I was playing super meat boy or something. Pretty fun and I get why people are into it, but just not my jam.

Been dissapointed so far this year

Hollow Knight so far has been my favorite. It has a very unique setting when compared to most metroidvanias, and has impeccable atmosphere. City of Tears is right up my alley with the somber music, the sound of patrolling guards and the rain.
