If UI was slightly better? Main issue is that since its a RPG type of game, you end up with a lot of number cancer, and it eats up screen space.

You want the buff/debuff visible, unless you spec into potions, so you aren't forced to refresh everything constantly.
Because you need to refresh potions, you need to have what potions you have visible, even if going into the fucking inventory screen is better to do that.
tl:dr
>Potion chugging is a fucking mess, and doesn't need to be there, which is more than 1/4 of all UI elements

Button Reminders is a sign that the combat is somewhat clunky in design/key combos, so it could literally be removed if it where simplified.
The same with the RPG stuff piling up. If display was different, most of it wouldn't need to be there
