It was ok. it had good NiGHTS levels, but the game had a huge hard on for trying to interrupt that as much as possible with minigame/human levels.

the designs and music were still really good at least.

I think you're correct, thank you for jogging my memory. It's a shame Sega hasn't remade or brought a new game into a lot of it's old series, it may be for the best though since they probably don't want to ruin anything or introduce new elements to the series to the point where it feels like a cash grab.

Not to mention Nights is kind of dead since it hasn't had a game in a good 7+ years.
