That is how you should play as any race. Bases are overpowered, because they always give a shitload of resources relative to other tiles. Plus your production becomes insane, and enemies that manage to take over a few bases always start getting massive drone riots since the AI doesn't know how to manage tons of bases.

really all the leaders seem kind of unstable. Santiago is obviously a paranoid who is working through her childhood rape gang trauma, Morgan is a deranged sociopath as is Zakharov, Deirdre is incredibly creepy and dangerous, Yang doesn't even need an explanation, Lal is clinging way too hard to things that are long dead including his wife and the UN, etc. None of them are stable, down-to-earth people with their heads on straight.
