It's a marketing tactic. They don't have enough games to currently keep the average person interested in the console. So they produce them in limited quantities. People who really, really want the console can still get it if they put in some effort. Then they can play BotW and Splatoon for like 4,000 hours or whatever. Everyone else who doesn't have the severe autism required to play one or two games on a console for months is locked out, and it looks like the console is super popular. Then once there are more games produced they ramp up production and everyone can buy the console normally.

the average person buys a shooter or a sports game per year and that's their entire lot

Brogamers aren't going to buy the Switch so you're thinking of the wrong market. They've already got an Xbox or Playstation.
What's your opinion on South Park /v/?

Fractured But Whole for the Switch when?

It peaked with Bigger, Longer, and Uncut then never recovered. Its been downhill since then, and every season there are fewer recurring characters and more repeated stale jokes. It's really bad now that they've introduced story arcs.

Hasn't been good in 10 years.
