what's the comfiest city builder?

Zeus is fun, you can stack a billion goats on one spot and free an entire city of a hundred thousand with just over meadow patch.
Caesar 3 is the hardest because many maps don't have gates do you couldn't road block and as your city gets to a certainly scale, your workforce would fluctuate too much to get anything done
In term of comfyness:
Emperor > Zeus > Caesar > Pharaoh

Sim City 2000, and Sim City 4.

Anno 1604 or SimCity 4 for sure, though the Zeus/Pharaoh/Emperor triumvirate is fucking great as well.

I love those games but its a bitch to get them to work. Everything scrolls around too fast on my machine.
Probably the Anno games for comfiest though. Even the newest one is pretty damned comfy, even if everyone hates it.
Emperor for sure

You have a speed option on Zeus and Emperor though. The main problem is the resolution.
Why can't we have more games like these? Is the city builder genre and economic simulation dead? It's my shit to be honest famalam
