I don't know why they named it TW:W2 when it's really just a standalone expansion. A "grand map" campaign is going to come out a bit after release that joins the two continents if you have the "first" game as well as the "second." As for the price, there's 4 races and a new map; considering they've usually charged $18 for new race packs, the $60 is what I would've guessed anyways.
