His boss fight is one of the few boss fights that I can call almost flawless. The only issue with him is that his attacks come in a specific order so you can predict what comes next if you die enough, but that may be part of the point of the game since it deals with time travel.

Character wise he's a short skeleton dude who looks after his brother Papyrus. He's a wisecracking lazybones who never fights you unless you kill literally every other character you can get your hands on in the game. And when he fights you, he reveals that he actually has some power over the game itself and is the only character in the game that can actively dodge your attacks just like how you can dodge other monsters' attacks. He only has 1 hp but he's the hardest fight in the game.

Narrative wise, mechanics wise, music wise, and difficulty wise, he's the best fight in the game.
