Should I play the original or Classic HD?

The original is very poorly translated. Play Classic HD for sure.

Classic HD apparently fixed the English translation.

I played classic HD and haven't seen any of the problems people mention with the original, dialog makes a lot of sense and the only time it gets over my head is when they start talking about weird cult shit but you kinda figure that out overtime which is intended.

There is not. You can speed up the game in the console, and your walking speed with it, but that would be ill-advised.

if it really picks up as you say obv. i wouldn't abuse it when it counted.. but i spent literally 2 hours crawling around like a cripple until i starved to death because i didnt know how the fuck to advance the plot.

navigating the VERY SPECIFIC alleyways because "lolboxesintheway" or "lolemptywagonintheway"

it was such a fucking chore.. not sure i could stomach it again until i got a speedhack keybind or something to cope

You play as one of three main characters in a town that's struck by a mysterious plague.
