It's something I've been wanting to try but this character isn't high enough level to fight them. You can't use Dead Thrall on them but I plan on using the Ritual stone + Aetherial Crown to raise them and then bring them over to one of my houses.
Then once I safely have his dead body in my basement I can start bringing him on quests. I hope it works anyway, it works with other shit you can't usually resurrect like those giant fish fuckers on Solstheim.

I also have some specially selected dead bodies in my basement that I use the Dead Thrall spell with, Orchendor is pretty cool because he teleports around and pukes on people.

Aurbis is made out creatia which is magicka in it's original form from Aurbis. Alll Ada (spirits) also have bodies made out of creatia usually.
Souls of mortals for example have what is known as Anuic remnant, magicka storing body and an unkown third part of the soul which is probably memory. Souls of Daedric creatures have a Daedric vestige instead of the Anuic remnant which allows them to reform in waters of Oblivion, they are permanently linked to it.
Ehlnofey, the Earthbones were Ada who bound themselves into the fabric of Mundus during it's stabilization to give the creatia form of some sort, so in a sense all of Mundus is magic and very strong souls giving said magic constant form.
In that sense laws of physics don't exist, it's all magic forced to act a certain way.
