Whenever I got to the part in FF4 when Rydia joins, I train until she's around level 10-ish, then I knock out Cecil and have her solo grind in the cave. She is pretty much the supreme loli god of the series, and can even learn Meteor as a child.

I actually hated this change from KH to KH2. Having the bosses give a set amount of exp was nice. It was also bullshit how doing stuff like guarding/parrying/using the right magic on a certain enemy didn't give bonus exp anymore.
