Building a new PC. Should I wait for Vega or will I never be able to find it at MSRP anyways?
It depends on how good it will be for mining.

buy it anyway, sit on it until cryptofags start flipping shit over gpus again.

>100 mh/s
>580 could only push 30 mh/s
Vega comes out what, tomorrow? Not like you have to wait long to see how it turns out.

id 100% wait for vega, because they are going to be doing a lot of promo/bundles with the ryzen cpus, can be pretty nice. unless of course you're aiming to be a corelet, in which case whatever works.

If you haven't already started buying components for your build, I'd do what >>387013047 is saying. Some of those Vega bundles are pretty nice, particularly if you're already planning on building a system based on Ryzen 7.
Otherwise, still wait for the release for other GPU prices to stabilize.
if its within ~3 months of a new hardware cycle you always wait. when the new shit comes out there's always promos, sales, and price wars. it's a precarious time now though because every gpu is being price gouged into a whole other dimension of jewdom. i cant even imagine how overpriced shit is going to be next year.
wait for volta to release and buy vega 64 for sub $300
>>387012259
fuck off
we dont need more people buying the shit up
Wait for it since some will be sold in combos of around $600. Meaning miners won't buy them and you still get a good deal.

that's awfully selfish of you anon
