Not in every game. Uncharted 4 played great. But FFXV gets fps drops literally constantly.

Do you keep in a well ventilated area? Have you ever once cleaned out the fan?

Yes I only own nier and bloodborne though and those games are known for performance issues.

My PS4 Pro doesn't have this problem :^)

Go to Safe Mode and do a Rebuild Database. That's how I fixed it.
