Nothing. They switch the illustrators between trilogies. Mel recently did Blue Reflection. Hidari did art for Toukiden and I don't know what else. After this one we'll probably get another new illustrator or maybe they'll go back to Mel or Hidari.

I've only played Rorona Plus

Game is cute, characters are likeable, fights are fun for ~6 hours, then gets boring. Boss fights are always intense though.

If you are in for the RPG fights I wouldn't really recommend it because it's too repetitive, on the other hand the alchemy is satisfying as fuck. There's lots of objects to make, the quality/category/trait system is pretty cool and allows you to make some cool material and use them to make overpowered weapons, and getting out of a pinch by the skin of your teeth using items you made yourself feels so good.

Rorona is freaking cute, too.
