Very hyped myself. I'm still new to Metroid but have spent this past week playing through the earlier games to get caught up. Finished the original Metroid II a few days ago. Right now I'm most of the way through Super Metroid---I've just made it to Tourian.

Looking forward to picking up Samus Returns on the 15th and hope it's successful enough to revitalize the series. I'm REALLY hoping it'll prompt Nintendo to release the GBA Metroid games on the eShop for the 3DS so I can say I've played through all the 2D games.
