It was Venezula where you side with the capitalists (and the UN/America) who want to keep the oil flowing no matter what, or the communists (and China) who just want an end to the dictatorships.

Didn't miss out. Nowhere near as good as the original, though it did have some cool vehicles.

They also provide the best heli in the game.

Playing Just Cause 3 reminds me so much of Mercs 2. Both games are really fun when you get a good explosion spree but everything around the explosions is so boring/bad.
