PUBG is in early access, there is no way to build a PC for it. You could buy top of the line hardware and still run into problems that some guy on a 5 year old machine doesn't have.

Also, right now is one of the worst times in PC history to buy a GPU. The price still hasn't recovered from the Etherium explosion last month. 1060s and 1070s were the most affected. 2 months ago 1060s were under $250.

First off, make sure you get a Xeon processor. More cores generally means better performance, and you can get WAY more cores out of a really cheap Xeon from like 2010. Also, you're going to need more wattage than that. I'd advise at least 1200W if you're going to stock a GPU. Don't worry about which brand, just get the cheapest one rated at at least 1200. 2400Mhz RAM is way too slow; anything below 3333Mhz and you'll be getting some serious stuttering issues.
Oh, and that GPU is way overkill. The most you'd ever need is an RX 470 for PUBG.

That's not too bad honetly. I am selling a i7-950 with 12GB of ram and a 660 and I fired it up to test it recently. Plays everything modern on medium 1080p. With a 1060 you should be fine for a little while.
