she's still not viable in this meta

this buff does not fix her weakness towards getting fucked by any dps who manages to flank(depending on what dps you're playing, you just may or may not require mediocre head-aiming, mediocre because her head-hitbox is the size of boogeys fat ass), and god-forbid she actually gets focused down (or onehit SCATTER), thereforw she will remain off-meta except for these cheesy ass situations I've mentioned

in any other situation she's just bad, even roadhog with his new mobility buffs is gonna be more viable now, and both are still completely outclassed by Winston/D.Va
