The actual reason is that there's something up with their workflow, it's to do with only having one video guy / Jason being shit at his job.

GBW editors all take Mondays off, but stream from home for an hour or two.
Jason hasn't been in for Ben's Dota or Kingdom Hearts streams; he set up the desks the night before and give Ben a crash course on the software controller.
So for whatever reason Jason is doing about 3 to 3 and half days in at the office. Presumably contractual and they're not able to up his hours Or he's unwilling.
So they spend his time in the office doing pre-records and UPF.
