There was never any Q&A because there's nothing to answer. Nothing in Zero Time Dilemma is any deeper than the surface, and the questions would just be repeats of the last Q&A about things that were supposedly going to be answered in the third game. A Q&A would amount to a public hanging.

Everyone liked it and there were a lot of memes at the time it came out. However everyone could admit that it had flaws and it was inferior to the other two games. So there were two feelings at the time, enjoyment and slight disappointment.
The thing is, the memes and the disappointment were the only things that survived as everyone soon forgot the enjoyment of the game. Then both things helped each other grow out of proportion and now we have an insane amount of memes and the memory that it was disappointment.
So there you go, it is now hated but what I believe is a good summary of the game is the following:

At the time it was slight, it soon escalated out of control because that was the most persistent feeling about the game. Completely justified though.

It failed to stick the landing for the series. Flaccid as fuck

I don't hate it exactly, I had a lot of fun with the game still (mostly due to shitposting with /v/ whilst playing it). It was definitely a disappointment though. It had so much potential. At least we got Carlos and some great memes from it.

My personal experience with this.
I avoided almost everything about this series because I knew I wanted to play it at some point but the time wasn't there. I never got /v/'s opinion on this game or anything. Then last month I went and binged the series, the time was right thanks to pc releases.
The first two were good, though the second game was my favorite. It just had the right amount of mystery and the escalation of it and it sets up a sequel harder than the first game ever did. The first game could have ended right there and it wouldn't have been a problem. Alice could have been just a little wink. Virtue's last reward hyped up a future release though.
Then comes Zero Time Dilemma and oh boy.
ZTD was actually holding out rather well for the first half of it. It wasn't any worse than the previous two entries. If there's one way to describe ZTD though its flaccid ending. At some point about the halfway mark of the game when they introduce the teleporting machine the story just keeps going downhill where every further development and explanation just becomes stupid and boring in a bad way. Everything regarding Phi's birth and Delta in general was just stupid. I think the writer just didn't know how to escalate things properly and then do a big climax and the story just sort of ends.
I could let ZTD pass as just a bit of a low point in the series if it ended with the promise of a follow up game, but the fact that this was the end makes it almost unforgivable.

ZTD Akane is unrecognizable as a character, as is most of the returning cast. They don't get to interact as a whole group, the timeline is fragmented but never comes together meaningfully, none of the new characters really matter outside of Carlos.

That said I still had fun with it and would play another Uchi game, given he started anew. Dude wrote himself into a corner then rewrote himself into a tiny box

VLR improved on some stuff like introducing the timeline branches for the sake of back tracking and getting endings.

In 999 you're presented with the story of Alice and it feels like some ghost story that's built up slowly until the end of the game and in VLR they go through the effort of keeping it a mystery and that was the end of it. In ZTD we have the Transporter, THE FUCKING TRANSPORTER. As soon as you come into contact with it you get a full explanation of what it is and for the remainder of the game this stupid alien device just happens to be connected to everything that has been going on in the series at the last fucking minute.
