There is a leaderboard though, and its somewhat better than the H1Z1. The H1Z1 only counts 10 games, nothing else matters. That said, I hate every fucking game judging my rank in PUBG. Operation health was a complete joke, they couldn't even fix a large majority of the bugs they posted on their website. New servers won't even be up until season 3, worst hit detection came with the "improved hitboxes" (which was expected, because you can't improve hitboxes without improving servers). Client sided hit detection STILL A THING, and it looks like that's not going to be changed with the new servers.

It's a joke of a game, I admittedly have a good amount of hours in the game, but only really appreciated it when I started playing it like CoD and stopped taking the game so seriously. High mmr consisted of region switchers and people absuing the fuck out of exploits. It took them the whole operation health to fix bank exploit and patch out one map with the instant spawn peeking (where people exploit to spots that can kill before you can even take out your gun). Playing against ash and jager every game also gets boring.

R6S only gets as intense as CoD, because that's what it is in it's current state, except people think it's more "smart and strategic" because there's destructible environments, which in the end of the day can be countered by just straight rushing with high ping.

I literally bought the game 2 hours ago. First game got the "Network lag detected", got killed. Second game, the same. Third game, I camp in the first house I get into. Get like #40, 4th game, do almost the same this time I get lots of equipment so I can heal when the blue wall eventually gets me, place #19. I haven't encountered a single enemy in a 1v1 situation, except for the time I got shotgun blasted after opening a door.

This game is luck, 80%, you get a bad circle, you're fucked and you will be running for the entire match until you get sniped, you get bad loot, you're fucked. People decide to drop with you, you're pretty much fucked if you don't have luck with loot.

I'm a complete fucking noob but I already can tell what type of game this is. I don't have time for luck in games, I want skill and strategy.

It's very fun and tactical with friends, also the matches go by fast, if you die, just instantly jump onto next one.
I like the looting aspect and the very vast sandbox you're given.

Although the game direly lacks in quality. It needs better animations, better gunplay, lots more equipment, better optimization and better sounds.
The core gameplay is already there, now it needs tons of polish. It has the potential to be extremely good game of this type.

And they've been working on all of those in each update. Compare the game when it first came out to now. It's WAY better optimized, there's more equipment, more guns, they've adjusted the sounds, added in healing animations, etc. They're more consistent on the updates than any other early access game I've seen too.

Few days ago I was playing with my friends in a squad. The game didn't have FPP for squads. Friend's game crashes, he tries to reopens and informs us there's a small 15mb patch. We all patch the game and then there's FPP for squads and we started playing that. It's the little things

Here's the core problem of PUBG. Its stupid RNG scavenger hunt gameplay. If they just let you pick loadouts and shit from the getgo, the game would honestly be a lot more fun. You could still gather gear, but it would only be by scavenging corpses of killed players with different loadouts than yours.
You basically have a choice of actively avoiding other people until you have loot worthy of defeating them, or risk getting BTFO in the first 5 minutes because your house had a machete and theirs had an AKM. Alternatively... you could have complete shit luck where you're looking for a 4x scope and never finding one. So half an hour down the road you get plinked by someone you can't even see. It's not a bad game, it just tends to be frustrating and unrewarding.

He was banned for rejoining lobbies over and over until he found one the streamer was in, making a beeline for the streamer early in the match, killing the streamer, immediately leaving the match so he can re-queue over and over until he found the lobby the streamer was in, etc, etc.

Saying he was banned because he killed a streamer is like saying the sun rose because the rooster cawwed. The events are related but not in the way you claim they are.

This game has actually the highest brain/game sense and skill ceiling if you play like your average fraghorny streamer.
If you suck, you can just camp in a house and get equal far.

Right now the game is whatever, but with mods and various fixes the game has insane potential. That is if Bluehole doesn't decide to fuck shit up like any other game developper in todays age.
