so this is the power of streamer privilege
Who doesn't want to play games and get shot with a celebrity?

Reminder /v/ hates this game since their mommies won't get them a PC capable of running it.

This game has surpassed CoD as the new Dudebro shooter

>game looks like its from last generation but runs like absolute trash
You actually think its a hardware issue?
>>386869054
you realize cod hasn't been popular for years, right? are you this fucking out of touch?
>>386868743
It's not a bad game but it's the epitome of normie bait. 12 year old girls watch it on twitch because their favorite youtube personality plays it.

>I'll post this because I don't care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the issue is that the randomness of the circle spawning is the reason why the game is so irritating, the last few waves are decided almost entirely by who was lucky enough to be on the hilly side of the circle. other than that its a totally competent game that just needs some better servers.

You can tell the rough area the circle is going to land when you see the first one spawn in. That combined with where the planes flightpath was at the start of the map should give you pretty good odds to be on a better side of the circle than other people. It needs work but it's not impossible to work around it yourself.
After a recent update, the game is plastered wall-to-wall with actual ads for streamers and YouTubers as a quid pro quo for them advertising the game. You'll likely see at least two in-game ads before you even hit the ground, and then proceed to see 1-2 new ones every building you go to or even passingly view. It's ridiculous. I feel like I'm playing a F2P game and they're trying to get me to buy the premium version.
>>386869976
>advertisements in a game you pay $$$ for
golly
>>386869976
its a bit tacky but it adds a bit of immersion considering the game itself is actually a competition. however instead of popular streamers it should be folks at the top of the leaderboard getting their names put on walls.
>>386869976
>made by Koreans
>playing Korean games
>" I feel like I'm playing a F2P game and they're trying to get me to buy the premium version."
Well, well.

Are they even allowed to not advertise this fact? Also, what the fuck is the right one? Did fucking Viacom pay them to put up a Kung Fu Panda ad?
