Nero's skillset alone is infinitely superior to Fran's by a huge margin.

Nero is absolutely retarded when you check her numbers, she's pretty much the only viable nuker in the Caster class since she can reach an absolutely retarded 972% damage modifier on her AoE NP with her own buffs and 1458% with a Merlin, ignore class advantages against her more than half the time (on top of a +30% ATK/DEF buff) and can double as a support thanks to her third skill.
