Everyone knows if you can see the squares starting from 4 and up you have TN. If you see them only from 8 and on it's IPS.

But how literal is that? I have a N3DS and the top screen is clearly IPS, but the touchscreen I'm not so sure. I can just barely begin to see the outline of the black squares between 4 - 8. It's faint, but they're there.
