It's this, sorry I literally have my switch next to me I could have easily checked.
Seems like a pretty useless ability for a main slot. So far I've only really been fucking with stealth skills, ink up, swim speed up, special charge up, and the one that makes you able to shoot more without running out because a lot of the weapons I use tend to be more thirsty with the ink.
