It's kinda of annoying without the arrow keys, but tower defense games are playable with only a mouse. Try out mushroom farm revolution. It is top notch

Take your keyboard apart and put it in the bathtub or a bucket of soapy water. Be careful with the film and circuit board; gently clean them and scrub the plastic.

Let it dry for a day or so, and put it back together.
