in burgerland no but where in yurope we use PEGI 18 for any game considered mature and I used to always see copies of leisure suit larry magna cum laude uncut and uncensored in the pc game section in one of the biggest department stores in all of Europe. I didn't even know about the existence of AO rating in the US until I saw the game on GOG

The E rating essentially no longer exists. Very few games nowadays carry an E rating. Even Mario isn't gonna be rated E.
