Overwatch is directly played because LOL ITS SO POPULAR similiar to PUBG. LawBreakers had close to no marketing and didnt get popular even in the launch. I actually bought the game because it had so "few" players because to my experience super popular games arent tailored to my tastes. However no... LawBreakers didnt feel like a "oldschool arena-shooter". It feels like more modern version of Dirty Bomb (hey both are published by Nexon) but they just HAD TO force male:female ratio and muh diversity. But just gameplay twice its still very much a meme game with abilities, huge viewmodels and eyecancer hud, 1-2 weapon limit, no pickups other than hp which is really rare and weak and modes revolve around "stand on this very small point for 10 or more seconds while you get chipped down". I wasnt sold.

That and gameplay didn't look like anything special. Just more fast floaty deathmatch.
