I mean why not? Persona has always been too mature for kids and nearly all of the longtime fans will be adults by the time the next game comes around. You could keep the same time-management formula in a work or college setting and have different afternoon clubs and activities to form social links. If they want to keep the series fresh and interesting, it seems like a liberating design and setting to play to aging audience.
