I was on the last area before I dropped it for BoTW and I was enjoying it. Definitely going to pick up the sequel on Switch.

You're playing four different campaigns and restart each time.

I actually bought it and never even progressed past the second area, I didn't think there was enough freedom to do what for a sandbox building game, having to find blueprints for everything and everybody telling what you need to build, then you move on and all that is left behind so you have to start over in a new area. It felt more tedious than simple fun.

The three big problems I had with the game is that the chapters were to segregated (it feels like it was originally meant to be a episodic game), there was no multiplayer, and the water sucked.
It's cool that they fixed the water and added multiplayer.

I like being forced to make four villages/towns but I'd like the game more if I could travel to all the islands (instead of teleporting) and visit my old towns without going to the older chapters. It would feel more like an adventure.

If you explore before you talk to people for quests the game's exploration feels more natural.

I fell in love with that game. The free build mode wasn't that great but I still sunk alot of time into building some pretty cool structures.
